Modularity

The machine's structure allows the user to adopt various configurations, adding side stations without space constrains. Users can choose through a wide range of clamping forces, carriage strokes and neck cutting forces, to customize the machine based on the application.

Multi-layer extrusion die head 


Multi-layer extrusion die heads are are engineered with expertise and passion from experts in Germany and China. With advanced calculation tools pressure and layer distribution can be predicted and adapted for the specific material (hdpe/pp; evoh/ pa; adhesive). Every die-head has throttles to adjust the flow of every layer in each cavity and a wall thickness controller.
