*Die head

 

1. Single die head adjustment is simple,convenient , change color, fast sand removal .

2 .With 100 points electric thickness controller.

3 .The heating plate required by single die head is small , the heating time is short and the power consumption is less .

4 .The product weight is stable , the  tolerance of 2 liters bottle is only 0 .3 grams .

*Clamping struction

 

1.Because the mold is the central point of force , the force is uniform , the product is basically no burr.

2 .The use of oil-free rubber sleeve , mechanical movement without lubricating oil , reduce the secondary pollution .

3 . Mold maintenance is convenient and simple .

4 . Double cylinders are used for mold clamping , small cylinders are used for high-speed mold clamping ,force   can be generated when 5mm is used  for cylinder pressurization ,which can reduce the mold closing impact , so that can protect the mold  cutting , and increase the service life of the mold.

*Tail ratio

 

According to the size and shape of the bottle,the water tail of the vertical rotary wheel blow molding machine is 1/3 to 1/2  less than that of the normal blow molding machine.

1.Less than that of the normal blow molding machine.  the plasticizing power consumption is 220-240 kW/ton.

2.Crusher per hour power consumption is 15 kilowatts, crushing a ton of tail needs 3 hours, so 45KW/ton.

3. The less the tail, the higher the output, the more stable the production process be sure.
