It adopts cross double crank press clamping for strong clamping force, and the mold opening stroke can be adjusted according to the size of the bottle, saving time and enhancing productivity.

The far-infrared heating lamps possess strong penetration power, ensuring even heating of the bottle blanks as they rotate. The PLC or electronic pressure can individually regulate or control the temperatures of each group, allowing for optimal heating conditions.

The unique pre-heater design enables the pre-forms to be closely bonded during heating. When blowing, the space can be changed according to the size of the bottle, the heating channel can be shortened, and energy consumption can be reduced.

The supply air system consists of micro-blowing, high-pressure blowing, and low-pressure actions, providing sufficient air for different products.

The machine is equipped with an automatic lubricating oil device, which better protects the machine and ensures smooth operation.
